Collaborations in Clinical Care is located in a suite of offices on the first floor of a modern, handicapped accessible building and is easily reachable from a wide geographic area on Boston's South Shore and beyond.

From the North (Boston area)  
Take I-93 South, at Braintree split continue on 93 South.  Take exit 2A (Route 138 South) toward Stoughton. Follow Route 138 south for 2 miles through 2 sets of lights. We are located at 275 Turnpike Street, on the right just after Meeting House Road.

From I-93 (Milton)   
Take exit 2A (Route 138 South) toward Stoughton. Follow Route 138 south for 2 miles through 2 sets of lights. We are located at 275 Turnpike Street, on the right just after Meeting House Road.

From South (Stoughton/Brockton)   
Follow Rt. 138 north toward Canton.  The office building is located at 275 Turnpike Street and is on the left side after Dunkin Donuts.
